Traumatic Anterior Tooth Lost. Reconstruction with TMT Implant by Zimmer and a BoxTechnique™

A severe traumatic event produce a tooth lost with a ridge atrophy. We use for the reconstruction a TMT implant in a BoxTechnique. As a graft we placed cortical Puros. On top of this Copi Os™ membrane by Zimmer.
