In this particular case we placed an implant in a previous BoxTechnique horizontal reconstruction. Two previous surgeries were performed trying to achieve osseointegration but failed the both of them.
The defect was treated with BoxTechnique filled with Puros.
After six months we founded a very nice ridge that allow us the implant placement with very nice stability due to the quality of the bone.
After six months, the healing period is complete . We made previously a Boxtechnique to get wide and vertical augmentation. We used Puros by Zimmer and a Biomend membrane as a barrier.
We found a nice wide ridge and the quality of the bone allow us to install three implants . The stability of the implants was perfect.We grafted again with Puros and collagen membrane trying to get the best biotype.

18 year old patient with a traumatic tooth lost. We are trying to improve the long term esthetic result using a PDLLA mesh with the BoxTechnique™. As a allograft we used Puros from Zimmer and on top of this we used a Biomend membrane.
