In this case we used four 3.7×13 NeoBiotech implants at the anterior zone of the mandible. At the posterior zone, back to the mental foramen, we placed two 4.0x 7 mm. We performed the drilling with stops devices.
We grafted with allograft and a collagen membrane at the anterior zone.
The features of the NeoBiotech implant are ideal for the primary stability in this two type bone.
