In this case we performed a sinus lift procedure. A small perforation occurred . We treated with PRF. We did the implant placement at the same time. We used the laser lok tapered implant by BioHorizons. As allograft MinerOss combined with Laddec (xenograft). At the level of the premolar we placed a tapered plus implant.
