In this particular case, where an extensive bone loss and inflammation are present because a periodontal disease we placed two Tapered Plus implant by BioHorizons. We performed a GTR procedure with a mixture of MinerOss and Laddec. We covered the defect with a MemLok collagen occlusive membrane. We obtained and excellent primary stability that we measured with the IChiropro Unit by Bien Air. After this we connected both implants with two plastic provisional abutments.
